These terms apply to orders placed on eatmiladeal.com. By placing an order, you agree to the information shown at checkout and to the policies linked on this site.
eatmiladeal is an independent online store. We are responsible for our own orders, shipping, returns, and customer communications.
Orders and cancellation. An order is not final until payment is confirmed and the order is accepted. We may cancel an order if payment cannot be confirmed, if the shipping address cannot be verified, or if the item is unavailable. If we cancel an order after payment, the amount charged for that order will be refunded.
Prices and payment. The checkout page shows the price, currency, and total before you pay. We accept the payment methods listed in our Payment Policy. Taxes or other charges required by law, if any, are shown at checkout.
Shipping and returns. Shipping information is set out in our Shipping Policy. Return and refund information is set out in our Refund and Return Policy. If there is a difference between this page and those policies on shipping or returns, the Shipping Policy and Refund and Return Policy control for those topics.
Website content. The text, images, logos, and other content on eatmiladeal.com belong to eatmiladeal or are used with permission. You may not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without written permission.

Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
